add a new strategy

i want to add a new strategy to give me signal when the price touches keltner channel 2,10 on an up trend to go short /down trend to go long and set the target on EMA30 on 15minutes chart AND vice a versa (give signal when price touches EMA30 go long/short deppending on the trend and set the target at price touchng the keltner channel). how can i write that script any ideas?

I Go By Ema 30 That Determines My Up Trend For Example If Its Moving Above Ema30 (up Trend) Below Ema30 (down Trend ) On 15 Minutes Chart ,what I Mean By That Is If It Is Coming Down Toward Ema30 And Vice A Versa

Then you need to build that into a condition in the Condition Builder of the Strategy Wizard. Note that if you are trying to create a multi-time frame strategy then you will need to program because the Strategy Wizard does not support multi-time frames.
