Ninja adding strategy to a chart

Scenario:

I have a user testing a .dll. Machine has 2 GIGS of memory. User experience: the strategy stops plotting (it does the drawing). Every time he sees it stop plotting and he looks and it has added a second strategy of the same settings and name , so he removes the duplicate and it starts to plot correctly again.

I have 4 gigs on my machine and I can't duplicate it. Any comment?

Not sure. Please have them check Control Center logs for errors.

You will need to try and address those issues in your code then. Unfortunately I would not be able to help you reproduce the issues your user is having.
