access other timeframe

i am running strategy on a 5 minute bar. can i access the 1 minute bar. the examples given demonstattes accessing higher timeframe from 1 minute bars only. so want to check

i am trying a simple code to understand multitimeframe.
the way i understand it, i should get 1 barupdate for primary timeframe and 1 barupdate for each additional timeframes.
is that correct understanding.

Correct. Provided you have bars for the others. There does not need to be a 1 to 1 relationship between different bar series.
