Strategy Parameters

Hello,

in the strategy parameters dialog box there are several parameters that ser the behavoiur of the strategy:
Among others there are:
BarsRequired
CalculateOnBarClose
DefaultQuantity
EntriesPerDirection
EntryHandling
ExitOnClose


Question now:

Is it possible to change these variables also from inside a strategy (it is possible, yes) , but will changing these variables also change the behaviour of the strategy or is the strategy behaviour completely set at the beginning?
Please explain for each single variable. (and other variables that I have not listed)

You can set these inside the strategy. Please see this post: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/v...06&postcount=5

It is not supported or recommended to try and dynamically change these settings and some may work and some may not dynamically.
