any way to hardcode strategy parameters?

Hi, is there any way to hardcode all the Strategy Parameters??

I want to have everything hardcoded in the strategy (no room for operator error):
- Instrument: ES 06-09
- 15 minutes interval
- Time Frame, starts 9:30am, ends at 4:15pm
- Account to use
- Entries per direction
- And set order quantity "by strategy".

Is any way to set all those values on Initialize() ?
