Forex...user EnterLong and EnterShort only?

My strategy has a high volume of trades. i want to enter full (2 lots), and scale out (1 lot at a time) or exit full (2 lots)

instead of scaling in and scaling out each time (which equals more trades and more commission), which NT requires is it possible to juse use the EnterLong and EnterShort commands to enter and exit a trade?

i am thinking this might be possibl. When I used TS this was possible.

Not sure I follow. To scale out you have to scale in. If you use EnterLong and then EnterShort the enter short will close the long position and then reverse you into a short position.

ok what if i use

EnterLong(2); //enter two lots

ExitLong(1); //exit 1 lot

ExitLong(1); //exit 1 lot

will there be any problem with that?

or what if i use stops to exit

EnterLong(2);

ExitLongStop(1, price1);
ExitLongStop(1, price2);

what problems will , if any, will arise?

Problems will arise with signal tracking if you start having complex scenarios. It is best to scale in before scaling out.
