buy order at specific time?

Can you please help me write a strategy. I want to buy ESmini at a specific time, say 10 AM at market, no other criteria. Then I want to sell it at the buy price PLUS 20 ticks.

Can you please tell me how i would this using the strategy wizard. i have no knowlege of programming. Thanks.

To create a time check open the Condition Builder on the Strategy Wizard. On the left side, select Time -> Time series. On the right, select Time -> Time value -> type in 10 AM. As the action tell it to buy long. Then go onto the Stops & Targets page and add yourself a Profit Target at 20 ticks.
