Market Replay Fills vs Live Real Money Fills

Hello Forum,

Can anyone tell me if there is a significant difference between the Market Replay fills and the Live Real Money fills. I understand it cannot be the same thing, but I am wondering how close it is.

Is there any study comparisons with statistics?

There are for sure differences, but these differences may very well be impossible to quantify. Market Replay fills are ultimately still simulated fills. Real live trades are dependent on many factors that the Market Replay only tries to emulate. You have factors like internet latency, brokerage delays, exchange delays, market conditions that when all put together are infinite in possibilities.
