    Trailing Stop Loss/Profit Targets

When you take a stop loss or profit target in a percentage... what is it a percentage of?

for example say I put in 2% trailing stop loss, i take a loss of $600... how is the 2% calculated? same for profit targets?

It takes into consideration the underlying value of the contract traded, for example for the ES right now the contract is worth about 38K (766 * 50), a 1 percent target would then mean a profit of 380 $ per contract traded.
