Live yesterday, some issues
I started autotrading one futures contract in my account, which has several long term positions in other securities.., which I do not subscribe to real time quotes.. But I keep getting these messages. Some instances it causes my strategies to cancel?? Same result as yesterday, you folks should really consider speaking to your customers??? Anyone ever deal with IQFEEd?? man those guys got it down cold, they can fix anything on a call that takes maybe 2-3 minutes, whereas here I gotta play cut and paste while I lose $$ on my autotrading.
Bertrand, please don't refer me to anymore links or user guides on how to get the e-mail to work. If you need log or trace files, don't assume myself or others know how to send you these items. Talk to me like a 3rd grader, thx

Hi rightcoast, sorry for the frustration -
You can find the logs in this directory -
MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 6.5\log, please send me the log.20090218.txt.
Traces you will find in this directory -
MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 6.5\trace, please send me the trace.20090218.txt.
Please send those files with Attn Bertrand in the subject to support at ninjatrader dot com and I will respond quickly via email.

Then you get detailed order info to the Output window of the Control Center.
You can send me the log and trace file and I can tell why the order was rejected in this case.

Why do I have to re-program stuff in order to make it more readily available to the people who designed it in the first place???
I cannot code.... and in order to change code I will no longer be able to use wizard for what I created... You must know that my generic logs and trace files were not initialized, why even ask for them?

Please see this tip: http://www.ninjatrader-support2.com/...ead.php?t=3627 You need to turn on TraceOrders yourself. We did not design your strategy and the only way to track orders is for you to track them with enabling the traces.Josh P.NinjaTrader Customer Service
