Multi time frame with muti indicator conditions

Here's what I want to do. Run 2 charts with different intervals, e.g., (1min & 2min) with stochs & MACD on both charts. I want to create a strategy that will alert or initiate an action, e.g., go long or exit or short or whatever when the following occurs.

When the directions of the slopes (not values of the slopes) of the stochs AND MACD are the same on both charts, alert or take some action.

Sounds simple but is it doable?

I am an old dBASE and Visual Foxpro programmer and this Ninjascript has me baffled. Are there any reference books for Ninjascript?
