Display Base 64 image on strategy chart

I created a strategy and in it I plot a Fixed Text with the developer's name in the bottom left corner.

I would like to display an image in this location with the logo instead of displaying the text.

I was able to display it by placing the image in Ninja's "Resources" folder, but when I export the strategy the image is not sent with it.

I saw that there is a way to display a base 64 image, but I was unsuccessful.

Could anyone help me?
