profit target from strategy builder manage approach sending double order

I made a strategy in strategy builder ,setting the profit target with the managed approach ,and since it s set at the close of a candle I need to rearm the order so it should not cancel automatically
so that's what I am doing using the same from sell(or buy) signal ,problem is I have this running on 5 accounts and sometimes I have it sending in 2 orders to close the position resulting in a opposite position ,I had this happen 2 time only on 1 account
it seems that instead of ignoring the additional order it send the existing order plus the addition ,but if i don't send the additional order it could cancel the existing order since its at the close of the bar

Please provide screenshots demonstrating how you have the profit target/exit orders set up so we may better understand and assist you.
