Hello, is there a way of writing a trailing stop for realized profits in a strategy?
For example as the trading day progresses and realized profits are accumulated, and the strategy has for example realized $1000, how would you go about writing a strategy stop at $800, so if the next trade’s has now a unrealized loss of more than $200, then the position is exited and the strategy is shut down, but if the strategy is still chugging along making profits then keep the strategy running and raise the ‘strategy stop’ limit as more profits are accumulated?
I would very much appreciate if I could be pointed in the right direction.
Also, is there a command to close a strategy if a condition is met? If one does exist, I think I will be most of the way there......
