i can define my entry and my exit in terms of c# logic. is there any template that i can use to code it.

Yes, you could for example enter your conditions in the Strategy wizard condition builder and then unlock the code to further tweak your strategy - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...rdScreens.html

Or you open the 'SampleMACrossover' strategy and use it as a template for your future strategies.
