order.filled and order.quantity

would the Iorder.filled and Iorder.quantity match. if not, what scenarios would it not match.

Filled An int value representing the filled amount of an order
Quantity An int value representing the quantity of an order

Thus, would not match e.g.:
- right after order submission
- on partial fills

so if i have multiple executions triggered by partial fills for eg
Fill 1= 100
Fill 2=200
would the Iorder.filled go from 100 and then to 200 or would it have a accumulated fill value of 300 after fill2
