Strategy doesn't enter new position

I am running a moving average strategy and I have specified that at each crossover a trade is entered. In the back test the chart shows that every time a cross occurs a trade is entered as directed and the prior position is exited at the same time. But when the strategy is running in real time it will not reenter a trade in the opposite direction. How can I get this to do that?

I think I need a programmer to help me, but none of the programmer NT suggests has contacted me back. Any suggestions? Hard to believe none of four different programmers has replied. Maybe NT needs to find some new recommendations.
