How SetStopLoss works if connection lost?

Hi,

I have a small question. I'm running FDAX automated trading system on VELOCITY and set SetStopLoss (CalculationMode.Price, 15); in Initialize().
Inside the system I have full control and my stop is less than 15 (Am I right SetStopLoss (CalculationMode.Price, 15); mean stop loss 15 points?). But I should be sure that if internet connection lost by any reason in this case VELOCITY will close opened position or not? Is it right way call SetStopLoss for my purpose?

SURPRISE - VELOCITY did not open EUREX on live account... I'm shocked. Any way my question is actual.
