Strategies before & after market open

I have a strategy that is applied to ES before the market open. Now basically the same strategy with some changes is applied after the market opens. So, at 9.30, I remove the previous strategy and apply the new one. Removing the AM strategy also removes from the chart all signals and trades that were produced in the premarket hours. I wander if it will still close the actual open positions even though they are no longer on the chart? How can i leave what has already happened on the chart?

It will not close anything done in a prior instance of your strategy. There is no syncing between strategy and account position. If syncing is desired it needs to be done manually.
