Need to construct a condition

Please, I need help constructing the following condition prefferably through the condition builder (I do not know programming):

"The lowest low price within last 5 bars is the lowest since {the last highest high + (volume> 1 million within 5 bars of the highest high)}"

"The highest high price within last 5 bars is highest since {last lowest low price + (volume>1million within 5 bars of the lowest low price)}"

This looks to complex to be done with the wizard, I am afraid you would have to self program this.
