    Reset value

    I have the following:

    if (lastTrade.ProfitCurrency > XYZ)
    {
    Do this…
    }

    if (Time[1].Date != Time[0].Date )
    {
    lastTrade.ProfitCurrency = 0;
    }

    My understanding is that “lastTrade.ProfitCurrency” is read only, therefore cannot be reset to “0”.
    I do not want to carry forward into the following day the value of “lastTrade.ProfitCurrency”. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hello 2Look4me,

    You would need to save this to a double variable so that you reset it.

    Below is a link to an example.
    Hello, I've updated the DailyLossLimit and DailyLosLimitMultiTrade examples that were posted on the forum for NinjaTrader 7 for NinjaTrader 8. These are often requested and I felt they are good examples to have for NT8. DailyLossLimitExample_NT7 - http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...241#post451241 (http://ninjatrader
