BarsRequired question

does anyone know how to code if I want minimum 20 bars to wait until trading starts for each daily session ?As it has historical bars ,I don't think I can use the "BarsRequiredTo Trade"

I went ahead and put this in a new thread so that we don't re open an old post again.

To detect X bars since the session you could use the BarsSinceSession property to check if the value is greater than 20.

it does not work as attached, i am using ninja 8 .is that the reason?

Thanks for your post.

That is correct. The BarsSinceSession property is only for use with NinjaTrader 7. In NinjaTrader 8, this property is known as BarsSinceNewTradingDay.
