NT7 Strategy Does Appear In Edit Strategy List

There is a strategy that I can apply to a chart and run, but it does not appear in the Edit Strategy list.

When I search my PC it's found as an XML file in the Templates ->Strategy folder. How is it an XML rather than CS file and running on chart, and how did it get there?

A closed source assembly cannot be opened, read, or edited.

You would need to obtain an open source script to view the code of this.
