Is there a way I can assign a Hot Key for my own developed strategy?

Thanks for your post.

There is not a NinjaScript documented/supported way to do this but it is certainly possible with C#.

The user made script below has some code that is used to detect key presses using RegEx and checking UserControl.ModifierKeys. The author checks for these key presses in the Plot override
