If my strategy is in a position, will CancelAllOrders(true,true) cancel all existing orders and exit the strategy position?

CancelAllOrders does not take two boolean variables, its method call is CancelAllOrders(Instrument instrument). This will cancel all resting orders on the account. It will not close out the strategy position. The CloseStrategy method will cancel all orders, exit all open positions, and disable the strategy. To exit individual positions without disabling the strategy the code needs to be able to detect the open position through the Positions array then close the positions using one of the Exit methods on this page:
