How to expose custom indicator properties(?)

Hi -- I have created a custom indicator that does not create a plot. It basically just uses the DrawText method to write values above bars that I want to flag for a particular reason.

So I want to try using this indicator in a new strategy, to trade based on these 'flags' the indicator is creating. Is there any help or examples on how to pass this DrawText event, or however else I can get the strategy to recognize that the indicator has flagged a bar, into the strategy so that it can place an order?

Hi Bryan,
