Where is SampleOnOrderUpdate

The release notes for 8.0.20.0 say "Updated SampleOnOrderUpdate to track all execution and ensure the fills match before submitting stop market and limit orders."
Where can I find this sample? There is at least one bad link to it here in an old message.
