Strategy Start Behavior

Hello,

When i turn on the strategy in inmediately submit, synchronize account it tuns yellow and remains in that way for eternity.

Lastly i wrote a post for that issue, but that only happened in the NQ instrument, when the ES and YM work properly in the same start behavior and with the ES and YM it turns green when i enabled, but now is happening with all instruments.

Please help me i sent an email that you said to me and sent the log and trace files but there is no helpfull information.

Thank you for your note.

If the strategy is in yellow its in a historical position. If it stays in yellow, it means your strategy is not closing that position and nor opening a new one.

Could you please send an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with Attn: Alan P in the Subject line. Also within the email please include a link to this thread, and attach the log and trace files for the day in subject which you can find in My Documents>NinjaTrader8>Log and My Documents>NinjaTrader8/Trace folders.
