Executing trades in Strategy Builder if indicators agree within X number of bars

I wanted to execute trades if a MACD crossover and an RSI range occur withing a certain number of bars from one another. Is there a way to do that in the strategy builder? The main part I'm interested to know is the "within X bars" part. Thanks

The CrossAbove / CrossBelow does allow for a lookBack period that looks for the cross to have occurred within a certain number of bars.
