entering orders in another market

Hi what function would I use to enter a limit order in another market?

for example I'd like to buy CL 03-18 @ 64.35 and sell CL 04-18 @ 64.24 simultaneously.

Thanks for your post.

If, for example, CL 03-18 is your chart and you apply your script to CL 03-18 then in your script you would need to add CL 04-18 as an added data series. This means the CL 03-18 (as the chart bars) would be referenced to BarsInProgress 0 and CL 04-18 would be referenced as CL 04-18.

You can then use the entry order method overload that specified the bars in progress. Here is one method overload from the helpguide:

EnterLongLimit(int barsInProgressIndex, bool liveUntilCancelled, int quantity, double limitPrice, string signalName)

Using the example above and your examples you could use:

if (your conditions to enter)
{
EnterLongLimit(0, true, 1, 64.35, "long entry on CL 03-18"); // BarsInProgress = 0
EnterShortLimit(1, true, 1, 64.24, "Short on CL 04-18"); // BarsInProgress = 1
}
