Sell order on Bollinger Touch

Hi, like the title says, is there a way to do that in a strategy? I tried some combinations and then looked around in the forum, found a couple related posts but from what i understand this isn't doable, is it? Thank you!

You haven't specified if you are selling to enter or exit so for the example I will show entering a short position. You can, of course, do either.
