Duplicating/Decoding Custom Indicators

Hi,

I recently acquired some new custom indicators but it seems they're locked which prevents the user from establishing how they work i.e what they are actually made up of. Does anyone know if it's possible to unravel them in some way to better understand how they work. If we assume I have persmission of the creator to do this.

If you are just trying to utilize the custom item in another script, please contact the vendor of the item for further assistance. As the code is not able to be viewed they would have the most details on how it works and otherwise if it can be used in custom coding.

If we assume I have permission of the creator to do this.

If the other party has given you permission, you should just ask them for the source code. Otherwise trying to unprotect a file would not be the correct approach as that entails you do not actually have permission. The original source code would be needed to see how it works.
