SMA or EMA price interaction strategy

I have an idea I want to backtest, but cannot find a tutorial for how to code this.

I'm trying to understand how to code a strategy where a long or short trade is executed when price touches an SMA or EMA (see attached screenshot).

All I can find is how to code a moving average cross. Instead, I want to backtest/automate a strategy that trades when price touches (or gets within a few ticks) of an EMA or SMA.

Is this possible?

This could be created using the Strategy Wizard with two conditions in a single condition set.

For the first condition in the set, select Price data -> Close on the left, less than or equal to as the operator in the center, and on the right select Indicators -> SMA, and set the Offset to 2 (with the Offset type on Ticks).

For the second condition in the set, select Price data -> Close on the left, greater than or equal to as the operator in the center, and on the right select Indicators -> SMA, and set the Offset to -2 (with the Offset type on Ticks).
