On NinjaTrader 8 each ATM is an XML file on the folder Documents\NinjaTrader 8\templates\AtmStrategy

It is a "little" more complicated ; the atms are in an sql database, so you have to create a query to download the list

How to get a list of ATMs on NinjaTrader 7

You only need to add
using System.Data.SqlServerCe;
to your using declarations

and then open the sql connection, do the query and close the connection.

I attach an example.

Note : depending on the size of your sdf file you may need to increase the parameter
Max Database Size=1024
