    Incorrect time

    I am having some frusterating issues with bars time

    Currently

    the time on my pc is 6:16

    my 5 min chart is on bar 6:20

    my 30 min chart is on bar 6:30

    and i have rebooted and reloaded etc

    i cant get the abrs to correlate or for ninja to correlate with the correct time

    please help

    I believe the times you are giving is correct for 6:16 --> 6:20 / 6:30. The "Bar Time" is suppose to be the "next complete time interval." Since you're on a 5 minute chart, its 6:16, the bar that is being created will be completed at 6:20. That is the bar time.

      hmmmm

      maybe i need to lay off coffee

      i will watch and see here, i coulda sworn that it used to be the start time

      like the 6:15 candle started at 6:15 not end at 6:15

      hmmm I apologize if i am incorrect maybe if one more person chimes in then i will have to go to decaf

      another issue is i use amp futures and my account balance never shows up under accounts. It used to couple months ago but now it doesnt. hasnt for a long time. they say its a ninja issue but i duno it always been flaky

      i use zenfire feed through amp

        no need to apologize; I'm sure this post will be informative to someone else regardless of whether you or I are incorrect.

        I can't comment on the account balance. Maybe restart NT? Sometimes I have a problem with MBT and their auto reconnection "feature" of their API not properly portraying my account information.

          Yeah it appears u are correct, I am realy confused this am though cause for a year i never noticed that lol

            - NT bars are timestamped end of bar and not beginning of bar
            - what ZenFire account item value would be missing on the accounts tab?

              My AMP futures account balance nver shows up in the accounts menu

              I use Amp futures with zenfire feed

              current version 6.5 updated last night

                Is the account missing at all on the accounts tab or would there be some item values missing for your account? if the latter: which ones? Please be as exact as possible.

                  The acccount shows up with my account number but there is nothing in any other of the feilds.

                  No balance
                  No cash value or anything

                  they are all blank

                  A couple months ago it used to be there, but for last few months it has never showed up. And yes i do have a real account with money in it

                    Hi,

                    This means your account is not set up correctly. You need to contact your broker and have them correct this.
