IB Forex conection

I have IB working for futures and have set the pip size to half pip in ninjatrader but I don't get any forex conection.

Hello Andy,

Could you please remove the $EURUSD from your instrument list and go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset Instruments. Add the $EURUSD back to your list and check if the error persists.

In addition, please confirm you are able to receive forex data in IB's TWS.
