E mail alerts nt7

I found it a waste of time trying to go through the 2 step verification post in gmail to get the NT7 alerts to work, it was never going to work (I AM IN THE UK). So I opened a new OUTLOOK account

Server:smtp.live.com Port: 587 SSL: ticked User: full outlook e mail address Likewise for mail alert messages to:

Pressed test and it worked finally after 6 months of trying.

HOWEVER IT WILL ONLY WORK WITH 1 WORKSPACE OPEN........2 OR MORE AND THE NT7 ALERT SYSTEM GOES TITS UP...........

I have to only have one workspace open in order to get NT7 to work.

Any clues how to resolve ?!?!

Can you please clarify what exactly happens when 2 or more worspaces are opened. Do you experience an error?

Could it be NinjaTrader is unresponsive as soon as you open 2 or more workspaces?

In addition, please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to 'platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com'.
