NT7 Market data farm connection is inactive

Hello NT Support,

I received these errors on NT log about Market data farm connection is inactive. I've uploaded a screen scrape.

This error is deactivating strategies which would otherwise be OK.

Can you please tell me why this NT error is occurring and how to fix it it.

Thank you for your post,

This error comes from TWS and indicates a required server is not able to be reached.

The first thing I would recommend doing is exiting NinjaTrader and restarting your modem/router.

If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader and TWS to it's exceptions list.

If you still see the same, make sure you have downloaded the supported version of TWS and set it up per our below connection guide.
