renko data gap

There is a data gap in renko chart, how can i fix this?

Hello federicoo,

Do you load the requested data if you right click in the chart and you select 'Reload All Historical Data'? If not, please exit NinjaTrader and go to Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder that is within the db folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.

Try setting your chart session to 7/24.

By default, the CL futures uses the Nymex Metals/Energy ETH template which does not exclude data either. It runs from 6:00 PM to 5:00 PM US Eastern time the next day. Could it be you have a custom created session template selected?

You can select the 'Default 24/7' session template in the chart as follows.

Right click in the chart and select 'Data Series'.

Set 'Session template' to 'Default 24/7' and click OK.
