Level II data from Kinetick

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to see more than 10 levels each side. Right now I can only see 10 on each side. It's good for me most of the time, but sometimes I may need more.

If not, any other data provider gives more levels that can be seen in NT7?

Thanks for writing in to our Support team.

For NInjaTrader 7, level II data that is displayed in the Level II window will be restricted to 10 levels on each side for all data providers - this is a platform-wide restriction in NinjaTrader 7.

In NinjaTrader 8, you are able to see more than 10 levels of level II data in the level II window but this depends on how much level II data your provider offers. For instance, Kinetick will only offer 10 levels of level II data, so you will only be able to view 10 levels in NinjaTrader 7 and NinjaTrader 8 with your Kinetick connection.

For more information on how many levels other providers offer, you would need to inquire with each of their respective support teams to see what they offer.
