CQG\AMP Brokerage: Current position lost

I use NT 7.5 with CQG as the data provider and AMP as the brokerage. This morning I successfully placed a long order in '6E 09-17' contract. As of now, the order is open. Moments ago I received the following error message:

6/19/2017 9:09:57 PM Connection Unknown instrument 'F.US.EU.U17'

Now the position information (e.g. P\L) for this trade is no longer shown in the 'Control Center' nor in the 'Basic Entry' which I primarily use for order placement.

Please advise.

Can you please contact your broker as soon as possible to check your position. They manage your trading account and will be able to check it.

Do you see the position after a disconnect/re-connect of CQG in NinjaTrader?

Please send me your log and trace files so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations.

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->log

Windows start menu-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->trace

Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and it send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Att Jason, http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...d.php?t=101575' in the subject header.

I closed and restarted NT several times but unfortunately the problem still persists.
