Not Connecting Gainscapital

Hi To all!

Is Ninja having some trouble today?
Not connecting to my charts on Gaiscapital , The DOM appear but not the charts, stays there retrieving for ever, also loses conection with Gainscapital all the time!

Not that I am aware off. Have you tried Tools--> Historical Data--> Reload?

It I did that and it is losing connection all the time and not connectiing.
Like always gainscapital do not help or give any info to Ninja traders Users .

Hi Pipqueen,

We just spoke to GAIN and they're having Network issues. This should be solved within the next 30 minutes or so.
