Can not apply Strategy in live brokerage and market data

Hello, I am new to NinjaTrader 7.

I have the NinjaTrader Live Account, I can also trade in the superDOM, but I cannot apply any strategy on the chart. The menu is grey.
Can you please help me with this?

Thank you for your post.


Ensure you do not have Chart Trader enabled within your chart window. If Chart Trader is enabled please disable this feature and let me know if you can then add an auotomated strategy.

To disable chart trader, click the chart trader icon in the chart toolbar.
You can also disable it from the properties menu. Right click the chart and select "properties" and set "Show Chart Trader" to False.

Thanks, my "Show Chart Trader" was default set to False and grey.
And right click chart, the "strategies" is also grey.

Thanks for your response.

This indicates you are using the direct edition license key which does not have custom strategies and chart trader enabled.
