Ninja Chart won't show pre-market data for NYMEX

Hi,

Oddly, this morning my charts are not updating for Crude (CL) in the pre-market (it is now 8:23 a.m.) but are updating for the S&P500 (ES).

I know that the data is there as my DTN connection is feeding both NinjaTrader and NeoTicker and the Crude charts are updating in NeoTicker.

The last time stamp on the Crude charts is 14:29 yesterday.

Within the charts properties the Session Begins and Session Ends fields are both set to 12:00 a.m.

I have tried both 'True' and 'False' for "Show unstable period for indicators" but did not notice any change in behavior.

I have also shut down Ninja and re-started to no avail.

Can you shed some light on this anomaly?

Please let me know who your data feed provider is.

Have you had any Microsoft updates installed?

Has anything changed with your account connection?
