forex.com not connecting

hello,

I have read the FAQ area. I have live account with Forex.com
i know i am using the correct account number and password. It wont connect live but will only do the demo account. I opened my account back in march. I need to be able to login via NT. Thank you.

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

* Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
* Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
* Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
* Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

email sent. turn off and restarted computer tried it a few times....connections....configure....add forex.com.....enter my account and password. i don't check the demo. Now i have enter few different things for the brandcode
