How do put stored tick data in NT onto an CD disk?

Hello,

I want to store tick data on my local hard drive using NT stored data feautre. Every month, I then want to copy this stored tick data onto a blank CD disk. Can I do this simply by coping the file in NT where the data is stored onto a blank CD disk? If so, what is the name and location of the file in NT where this tick data is stored?
