Ninja Trader installed, but cannot open it

Hello,

I have installed Ninja Trader today.

Everything was ok, the install shield told me that the installation is complete.
But when I want to open NT, (double click on it) nothing happens.

I tried the newest version twice, and also the previous version. Everywhere the same problem.

Can somebody help me please?

Please check your .NET framework and let me know which is installed on your computer.

Go to Control Panel --> Program and Features

hmmm I have a few versions...

NT needs version 2.0 as I think...should i delete the others?

Thank you for the screen shot.

NinjaTrader and .NET 3.5 SP1 are not compatible, please use the steps provided in the link to remove this and run NinjaTrader.
