CQG login failed

    CQG login failed

    Hi,

    I am unable to connect to my CQG live account with the error message of "unable to connect to remote server".

    This is a new install of NT7, on a new laptop with windows 10 and I have moved to a new country actually - Cyprus.

    I have already tried to restart the laptop and removed the first CQG connection i created and recreated it with the proper user name and password. I am on a stable WiFi connection and very close to the router. I also tied to disable the firewall, restarted the router and made sure no security software blocks it. I can connect to Kinetic End of Day.
    My ISP is Cyta, the national telecom company of Cyprus.

    Please assist.

    Having the same problem I am in florida in usa

      Many times you'll find they are doing maintenance on Saturday morning, sometimes late Friday evenings also or the occasional Sunday. You should be able to login now

        You are right. I guess they did some Saturday maintenance. I can login now. Thanks.
