TWS version for NT

Hello,
I followed the link on:

http://ninjatrader.com/ConnectionGuides/Interactive-Brokers-Connection-Guide

Unfortunately I get an eror while trying to install the recommended TWS version 960.2.g.
I suspect that the version listed in the site is not compatible with my OS.
I am using Win10 32-bit OS.
I contacted IB and they claim its an NT problem .
As TWS version 944.3 is about to have an end of life, I must upgrade but it doesn't work .
Can someone help me here ?

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry.


To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.


Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

Thanks for your answer ! I will send the data later .
But the problem is in the actual install of TWS. The link in the web site probably points to a 64 bit version, while I need a 32 bit version. So not sure how the data can help.
