Getting instruments other than default on SuperDOM

Hello,

I have no problem placing trades on charts, but when I open up the SuperDOM all I get is my default instruments. I can go to my real account through the SuperDOM, but even if I add an instrument I would like to trade to my default list it will not come up in the SuperDOM. How can I get additional instruments/instrument categories to become available on the SuperDOM?

What data feed are you using and what instrument are you trying get on the DOM?

On this table, does your data feed provider support the type of instrument you are attempting to add?:

You aren't seeing the instrument on the instrument dropdown at all right?

Trying to get forex instruments, which obviously should be supported by gain

All I see on the dropdown menu are the approx. 6 "default" items, I don't even know what those are or what they stand for.

Lets say I add EUR/USD to the default list, still won't come up in SuperDOM.

Shouldn't there be a "list" drop down menu since I have several lists of instruments, and then an "instrument" drop down menu to choose the specific instrument?

Hello,

Let's back up a little bit...

Please go to Tools>Instrument Manager>select the Default list from the List drop down>select a currency from the master list on the right> select the "<" button to add the currency to the Default list.

Repeat this process for each currency you are trying to add to the DOM/default list, then click OK.

You will only have access to the Default list in the DOM.

What you described in your previous post is exactly what I did, as I mentioned in a previous post. Even If I add a currency to my default list, and it appears everywhere else in my default list, it will not be available in the SuperDOM.

Anything else you can think of that might be causing this issue?

Please ensure that you are using the Dynamic SuperDOM as the Static SuperDOM does not allow the trading of Currencies.

It is the dynamic SuperDOM I am using. Anything else? I assure you I am no computer dummy. I can't imagine what exactly the issue is. Anything else you can think of?

I realise the thread in several years old, But I am experiencing the same problem. I find the lack of a sequential guide to Ninja very frustrating.

Thank you for your post.
